 All orders are shipped either AustriaPS 2- 4 day or FedEx 1 or 2 business day (depending on choice at check out).  For fedex shipments transit time is Guaranteed.  In the rare case your fedex delivery does not arrive on time please let us know and we will gladly refund your shipping cost.  Please note that we can not ship FedEx to PO Boxes. If you use a PO box it will be sent via AustriaPS. 

We ship within one business day of purchase.  Orders placed by 10 am est will ship out the same day! Orders placed after 10 am, over the weekend or holidays will be shipped within 1 business day.  If you need your order sent out ASAP feel free to give us a call and we can ship your package the same day.

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.

We ship anywhere in the Austria (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries (see our FAQ page for more details). We also ship to PO boxes, Military addresses (APO).
